What Should I Do If the Email Link has Expired After I Register a Cloud Account or Reset My Password?

This Article Applies to: 

Step 1

Make sure you click on the link in the required amount of time. To ensure the security of your account, the link will expire after a predetermined length of time, as indicated in the email you receive.

 

Step 2

You can only click on the link once, as it automatically expires once clicked.

 

Step 3

Please refrain from clicking submit or reset multiple times.

The link to the prior cloud mail will automatically expire once a new email is sent/requested. Only the link to the most recent message will remain active.  This is to safeguard your account's security.  It may take up to several minutes to receive the confirmation email.  Please be patient as additional requests invalidate the previous request and require more time for the active request to be sent.

If you've already triggered it repeatedly, please make sure you click on the link from the most recent email.

 

If the email link is still showing expired, please get in touch with TP-Link technical support and provide the following information so we can investigate further.

1. The last time the e-mail was sent

2. The link in the email, please right-click on the link, copy and send it to us
