Tapo & Kasa cameras support the Invert Image function. If the camera video image appears upside down in the Tapo app, follow these steps to correct it.

Note: To ensure the proper functioning of the battery camera, please install it upright and avoid inverted installation. Inverted installation may interfere with the PIR sensor's detection capabilities and increase the risk of water ingress at the charging port. Therefore, this feature is not available for battery cameras.

How to Enable Invert Image

Here, we use the Tapo C100 as an example.

1. On the Home page of the Tapo app, tap your camera model card to go to the live view page. Then, tap the icon in the top right corner to enter the Device Settings page.
