Dear Customers,
Thank you very much for purchasing TP-LINK products. To protect your rights and interests, please read the following Warranty Policy carefully.

TP-Link Corporation Pte Ltd. provides a limited warranty on all eligible TP-Link products purchased in Singapore. The limited warranty covers failures due to defects in material or quality on devices, antennas, and accessories. The limited warranty does not cover packaging, software products, and technical data. The limited warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product. Proof of purchase and a complete product serial number are required to receive services guaranteed as part of the limited warranty.
The limited warranty does not apply to refurbished products or products that unauthorized resellers resold. TP-Link Corporation Pte Ltd does not provide refunds under the limited warranty in any conditions. TP-Link will replace defective units with brand-new units. If a brand-new team is unavailable, the faulty unit will be replaced with a refurbished product. If the defective unit is discontinued, at the end of life, or out of stock, TP-Link repair (for Robot Vacuum Series) or will replace it with product(s) of equivalent value or features. Product warranty periods do not renew with replacement units. The original purchase date and warranty period will apply to replacement products.
*Please note that this warranty does not cover:
1) physical damage inflicted by the user.
2) if the product serial number seal has been removed, defaced, or is illegible.
3) if the products are purchased from overseas online resellers.
Warranty Period
Most TP-Link products are entitled to a 3-year replacement warranty except for the following:
1. Products that are entitled to an 18-month service warranty:
- Tapo Robot Vacuum (excluding battery).
Note: Internal battery is entitled to a 6-month warranty
2. All internal Battery and Battery Pack are limited to a 6-month replacement warranty.
3. Products that are entitled to a 1-year replacement warranty:
- Smart Light Bulb
- Smart Spotlight
- Smart IoT Hub
- Smart Button
- Smart Switches and Dimmer
- Smart Sensor
- Smart Doorbell
- Solar Panel
4. Products that are entitled to a 2-year replacement warranty:
- Outdoor Camera Series (VIGI, Tapo etc)
- Smart Light Strip
5. Products that are entitled to a 5-year replacement warranty:
- Omada Series
- Easy Smart PoE Switch
- Unmanaged PoE Switch
- Unmanaged Gigabit/10G Switch
- Pharos Outdoor CPE
- Accessories(POE Accessory, SFP+/SFP Module / Cable, Media Converter)
Replacement Procedure
Product Warranty Procedure
Customers are advised to contact our 24/7 technical support hotline at +65 6284 0493 or email support.sg@tp-link.com for product services and warranty replacement.
1. For all Tapo Robot Vacuum series purchased from TP-Link authorized retailers / online channels in Singapore
Customers must produce the proof of purchase (a photocopy of the receipt is acceptable) and present it to our Service Centre for product technical support or servicing when requested.
TP-LINK reserved the right to reject any claims with non-valid receipts presented.
If the problems are unable to be solved remotely, customers may send in the product to our service centre located at the following address for servicing:

2. For other products purchased from TP-Link authorized retailers / online channels in Singapore

3. For Product supply by Singapore Telco / ISP bundled with Internet Plan
Customers need to produce proof of their Internet plan’s contract with the starting date or date of router installation for the warranty claim.

Appendix:
- Ban Leong Technologies Limited and Convergent Systems (S) Pte Ltd are TP-Link authorized distributors and authorized service partners for all TP-LINK products sold and bundled with local ISPs in Singapore.
- The original purchase receipt must be presented when service is required.
- Warranty services, as stated above, are only valid for products purchased in Singapore Main Island. Any additional warranty service agreed upon during the purchase shall only be effective based on the contract signed by TP-LINK CORPORATION PTE LTD.
- For any direct or indirect damages that prohibited the products from functioning correctly, TP-LINK CORPORATION PTE LTD shall only be liable for the duties stipulated by Singapore law.
- TP-LINK CORPORATION PTE LTD shall neither, on any account, respond to any loss caused by damages such as improper use of applications and configurations nor respond to any accusation put forward by a third party.
