Manage inventory in the distribution channel, including but not limited to maintaining optimal inventory level, pushing stock for new products, securing stock for large deals, addressing aging stock proactively, etc. The objective of this task is to increase the inventory turnover ratio in the distribution channel.
3. Initiate and conduct marketing and sales activities (tradeshow, product training, webinar, floor walk, e-communications, sales contests, etc.) with major distributors.
4. The main objective of this task is to increase the mindshare of TP-Link at distribution and improve the channel awareness of TP-Link. Collaborate with the marketing team, and sales team to implement TP-Link go-to-market strategies in the distribution channel. This task requires a clear understanding of the corporate strategy and the targeted customer’s business.
5. Maintain effective communications with the disty PM, sales, marketing team at all levels on TP-Link strategies, sales campaigns, objectives, marketing items, operational issues, etc.
The main objective of this task is to keep engaged with all the main departments of our distributors.6. Work with internal and external cross-functional departments to address issues related to distribution operations and optimize workflow and policy to avoid future operational issues.
This task requires strong follow-through skills (to address issues) and logical thinking (to set up SOP and standards).Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education
- 2+ years experience in distribution, prefer 3-5 years
- 2+ years experience in category management
